Assessment Policy

Each student is assessed while performing a Reiki treatment as it is imperative to establish that they can indeed deliver a competent and effective treatment and can do so consistently. The outcomes of the assessment is then collected by the trainer and kept on file. The student is usually unaware that they are being assessed as it could affect the effectiveness of the treatment if they become mindful. Reiki Master teachers are psychic therefore they are evaluating the spectrum of energy that is being transferred from the student to the client and assessing the student’s 6th sense or awareness while the energy is being transferred. It is important that the students intuitively feel the energy and cease so they can move on to the next position.

All our training courses have an assessment criteria to evaluate the competency of students.
